Currently, Lily serves as the Graphic Design and Marketing Student Assistant for Cal Poly’s Fraternity and Sorority Life department. In this role, she manages the department’s official Instagram account and website, while also designing and distributing monthly newsletters for the Greek Life community. She is responsible for fulfilling a wide range of graphic and marketing needs, helping to strengthen outreach and engagement across campus.
Originally from Redondo Beach, California, Lily grew up near Los Angeles, where she developed a deep appreciation for the advertising industry and its cultural influence. Living in a vibrant, diverse city has shaped her creative outlook, instilling a love for bold color palettes and multicultural perspectives. The coastal, community-oriented environment of her hometown also fostered her sense of connection, responsibility, and collaboration.
Lily’s design style leans toward vector-based artwork, with a strong emphasis on typography as a tool for visual storytelling. She is passionate about how design communicates meaning and influences audience perception, and she looks forward to applying these skills in a professional setting within the advertising industry.
